On June 14, 2002 (Flag Day), the International Flag Plaza was dedicated and will serve as a tribute honoring all those who respond to 911 calls in the United States and Canada. This project will be financed by the sale of memorial bricks and public donations. Memorial bricks are available for purchase.
The Canadian and US flags are raised and dedicated over a new flag plaza in Sarnia, Ontario, August 30, 2003. Located directly across the river from the newly created Flag Plaza at the foot of the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron, Michigan.
